Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most loved shows of the India Television. Its been 12 long years since the show got aired for the first time on 12 January, 2008. Recently, the show is giving emotional fits to its viewers as they saw Shivangi Joshi’s character Naira dying. Naira had become a household name and the the character grabbed a lot of fans. However, as heartbreaking as it may seem to watch Naira go, we know that Shivangi will enter in a new avatar. Shilpa Raizada who plays the role of Surekha Goenka in the show YRKKH, has reacted to Naira’s track ending. In an interview with Telly Chakkar, she said, “Naira is an integral part of the show and it is heartbreaking to see her character ending. However, I am sure, our writers will bring her back with a brand new character soon.”

Talking about the changes, she said, “A lot of changes in the story will take place on the show. Many things will be different as Shivangi’s character will have a totally different equation with everyone on the show.”
Earlier, Shivangi Joshi had told IANS that Kaira moments are her personal favourite. She said, “I think each and every scene is special to me, but if I had to recall my favourites, it would be the Kaira moments, and the performances in Greece and Rajasthan. That was a thrilling experience.”
Talking about the difficult phase the show witnessed due to lockdown, she had said, “Each day is a lesson to learn, remember and overcome, be it a working day or an off day. Last year kept me away from work for a few months but reunited me with my family. I worked on myself, was engrossed in household work and spent time with myself. These are the best feelings one should experience.”
