They both keep checking on me on set. We three are often tagged as “Teen Tigada” of Anupamaa set.
The actor was away from the sets because of the government imposed COVID-19 restriction which did not allow actors above 65 to continue shooting. He shot from home for a while, but now that the ban is lifted, he is back on the set.
Sharing his excitement, he said, “I am delighted to be back on the set and can’t express my happiness. Not shooting is like a size kaala pani for an actor and I have experienced that in the last few weeks. In between, I was shooting from home also. The production house – Director’s Kut – was extremely helpful and used to send the technical person at home and we used to record. My scenes were happening only on phone. I missed work so much that I embraced that opportunity nicely. There was a lot of coordination needed though.”
