Amidst the pandemic, out of several celebs who got married, Manish Raisinghan was one of them. The Sasural Simar Ka actor got married to Sangeita Chauhan in June 2020. While it was a happy moment for him, it came as a rather surprise for fans. This so happened as many of them thought he was dating co-star Avika Gor. On the other hand, soon after a few months of their wedding, Avika also opened up about her relationship with Milind Chandwani. On Instagram, she had declared that she is in love. Manish, who is Avika’s best friend, is happy about her relationship with Milind. He also revealed that once his wife Sangeita also mistook Avika and Manish to be dating.
Manish Raisinghan Talks About Being Linked with Avika Gor even After Marriage with Sangeita Chauhan
Manish told ETimes, “When I started seeing Sangeita, she also mistook us to be a couple and I had to clarify how we were just good friends. She had also commented on our chemistry and felt that it was difficult for anyone to not mistake us for a couple. But I told Sangeita that there was nothing beyond friendship with Avika. Even after I have got married, people continue to link us; earlier it affected me, but now I just ignore it.”
He also mentioned that Avika and he are inseparable as best friends. However, he wondered how can one think of a marriage with someone who is 18 years younger. Therefore, maintaining the friendship has always been clear between the two. He said, “Even today my friendship with Avika hasn’t changed. She picks up the phone anytime to call me and shares her personal things with me and I also do the same.”
Manish also expressed his happiness about having found Sangeita as his life partner. He feels Sangeita is a more mature and responsible one between the two.
