Chhorii Movie Review:
Chhorii is an official remake of the critically acclaimed Marathi film Lapachhapi. This Hindi language horror film has done complete justice to the original blockbuster Marathi movie. Lapachhapi was also written and directed by Vishal Furia.
The ones who have seen the original movie know the deal about this film. The people who haven’t watched it are in for a pretty good surprise by the filmmaker. On the surface, the film is about horror-survival drama. However, if you dig deeper the film shows the real horrors of our society that are scarier than the ghosts.
Nushrratt Bharuccha gave a star performance in her latest film. The actress has upgraded her acting skills by exploring a new genre and taking up a never-seen-before avatar. The actress is almost in all the frames of the movie and she manages to give thrills and chills each time.
The second-star performer is Mita Vashisht in the film. Her character sees a complete 180-degree transformation and changes shades completely. The actor shows her calibre and range.
