DWAYNE JOHNSON ON DOING A BOLLYWOOD FILM

Dwayne Johnson is excited about the release of Red Notice. Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds also star in the action-comedy. Dwayne spoke with India Today TV about the film, his experience producing it, and his desire to work in a Bollywood film.

Dwayne Johnson has stated that he would love to star in a Bollywood film. “I’d love that,” he said. That’s something I’ve always said. I’d love to discover whatever the road is. I’ve always thought there should be more ties between Hollywood and Bollywood. Especially when so many of our releases are not only theatrical but also available on streaming platforms, where there is so much more opportunity. There needs to be a method to bring them together.”

The Rock also discussed his ties to India. “During my professional wrestling days, we were preparing a couple of tours to India, but they went through for whatever reason.” “I was looking forward to it because my pals, The Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin, would come back from India and say you have to attend because we had the best time and the crowd was insane,” he explained.
