Sidhika said, “I take nutrition damn seriously as it improves one’s life. It affects our mood. If you eating the wrong things, it increases the risk of illness. It’s ok to eat the wrong things occasionally, but I make sure that 90 per cent of the diet is good. So, I keep a regular checkup on my meals.
I try avoiding carbs from my diet. I eat a lot of green leafy vegetables, fruits, protein diet. evenings I avoid carbs and junk, and I make sure I’m done with my dinner before 8 pm.”
She further added, “One should never starve as it’s not good for health .it should be like have a meal or small snacks every 3 to 4 hours as it’s the best for metabolism. one should drink a lot of water, coconut water, high fibre meals. I add a lot of walnuts, berries, Greek yoghurt, beans, grilled chicken, and fish. When a person is on diet one should always remember to add fibre and healthy fat to their diet. Drink a lot of fluids and stay hydrated. This shows the actress is very particular about what she intakes. No doubt Sidhika Sharma has worked really hard to keep her body in shape and healthy.”
