Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and Jodha Akbar actor Lokendra Singh Rajawat, who has been on television for a long time, has had to have his leg amputated due to a life-changing event. That’s correct. Rajawat told ETimes TV how the incident occurred as a result of diabetes being ignored.
Lokendra Singh Loses His Leg
Lokendra Singh Rajawat’s leg was amputated after his blood sugar levels reached dangerously high levels. “There was nothing I could do. I was doing so well before the COVID pandemic that employment began to dwindle dramatically, and there was some financial strain at home. It all started when I got a corn on my right foot and ignored it. It turned into an infection that percolated into my bone marrow and quickly spread throughout my body. I became infected with gangrene. The only option to rescue me was to have the corned leg removed down to the knee,” he explained.
The procedure took place in Mumbai’s Bhaktivedanta Hospital, Mira Road, and lasted over 5 hours. When it comes to specific examples, Rajawat says, “I wish I had taken better care of myself when my diabetes first started approximately ten years ago. When we’re filming, we don’t always have set times, and our irregular lunch and work hours are bad for our health. This adds to the anxiety. All of this can lead to diabetes, even if you enjoy sweets. CINTAA provided me with financial assistance. Actors have been phoning to inquire about my health and encouragement.”
We at Bollywood hush hopes Rajawat recovers all the more soonest.
