Kundra’s bail application is denied. Raj’s bank accounts will be investigated, according to the Mumbai Police. They accuse Raj of using money gained from pornography for online betting, which is why his bank accounts will have to be investigated.

Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale identified Raj Kundra as the main conspirator in the case. The investigation began in February when Mumbai cops searched a home on Madh Island and discovered a live porn video filming ring. At the time, several arrests were made. Raj Kundra’s name came up in the investigation after the property cell discovered the participation of Kenrin, a UK production firm whose executive, Umesh Kamat, was detained by the police. He was a former Raj Kundra employee who was suspected of posting at least eight “pornographic and filthy” films recorded by Gehna Vasisth to a social networking app for monetary gain.
