The legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar’s doctor stated on Saturday that she is improving but remains in the intensive care unit. After testing positive for coronavirus with minor symptoms on January 8, the 92-year-old singer was hospitalized to the (ICU) of the Breach Candy Hospital in South Mumbai. Dr. Pratit Samdani, an associate professor at the Breach Candy Hospital, informed PTI about her health update.
In a recent statement about her health, a close family friend said, “Lata Didi is exhibiting continued signs of progress from before and is under treatment in the ICU by the excellent team of doctors supervised by Dr. Pratit Samdani,” We are hoping and praying for her to recover quickly and return home.”
The team of Lata Mangeshkar has asked that everyone refrain from ‘disturbing speculation. They posted the remark on the iconic singer’s official Twitter account. According to the note, “A heartfelt appeal to put an end to the unsettling speculation.” Breach Candy Hospital’s Dr. Pratit Samdani has provided an update.
