Netizens on Kangana Ranaut Irresponsible Act
A paparazzo account tweeted a video of a large ‘no mask, no admittance’ sign just a few feet from Kangana. In the comments section, fans replied. “Waah, No Mask, No Entry ko kya ignore kiya gaya,” he says. “Jaise party vote baad janta ko karti hai (Kangana has disregarded the ‘no mask, no entry sign, exactly as political parties do after elections),” one remarked. “If you don’t wear a mask, you can’t get in; is it only for regular people and not for these celebrities?” another inquired.
Kangana just had the film Thalaivii released, in which she played former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. After its theatrical debut, AL Vijay’s film received an early streaming release.
Kangana talked about the sacrifice she made for Thalaivii in an Instagram post. “Gaining 20 kg in six months and then losing it all in six months, all while in my thirties, messed with a lot of things in my body… I, too, have permanent stretch marks, but art has a price, and more often than not, that price is the artist himself/herself #thalaivii,” she said, with photo collages of stills from the film and gorgeous images.
Kangana Ranaut is currently working on a lot of projects. In the action-thriller Dhaakad, she will portray a spy. She will be seen as an Indian Air Force pilot in Tejas, and Sita in Sita: The Incarnation. Aparjita Ayodhya and Manikarnika Return: The Legend of Didda are two films she will direct and appear in. Aside from that, she is producing Tiku Weds Sheru, a film starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and marking her first entrance into the digital realm.
