Anurag Shyam, brother of late actor Anupam Shyam, claims that star Aamir Khan promised them a dialysis center in Pratapgarh, but then stopped picking up their calls. He also stated that Anupam was dissatisfied with the news that his program will be canceled shortly.

In a new interview, Anurag says that Anupam Shyam was disappointed that he was unable to visit their mother when she was sick. She was in Pratapgarh at the time, and the Mann Ke Awaaz Pratigya 2 actor was unable to accompany her since the Uttar Pradesh town lacked a dialysis center, which would have put his health in danger.
“Our family has been through a lot. My mother died last month. Anupam was shocked that he couldn’t go to Pratapgarh (where their mom stayed) because there was no dialysis center in the town. Going there would have been a major health risk for Anupam. We urged for a dialysis center in Pratapgarh and Anupam even went to Aamir Khan for the same. Aamir Khan gave us the guarantee, but after a few months, he stopped taking our calls,” Anurag told Aajtak.
Anurag also informed the TV station that the actor was concerned after hearing rumors that his show might be canceled.
Anurag Shyam also stated in the interview that the actor’s health had improved and that the ventilator had been withdrawn. His health deteriorated after that, and his blood pressure plummeted dramatically, he noted. He died as a result of multiple organ failure.
Anupam Shyam had been suffering from the renal disease for several years. He was admitted to the hospital approximately a week ago. He was most known for portraying villain. The TV program Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya 2 was the show that made him famous.
