She has sought a permanent injunction against his brother Sajid Khan and his mother. Wajid passed away last year and he had drafted his will in 2012. In addition to this, she also seeks interim relief in another application. In it, she has sought a permanent injunction restraining Wajid’s mother and brother, Sajid, from sidelining her or claiming third-party’s involvement in the property of Wajid Khan.
