Over the coming year, the studio will thrill viewers throughout the world with a variety of Hindi and regional material as well as global blockbusters.
Over the following year, Sony Pictures Films India plans to release roughly 17 films. Despite the industry’s huge shift over the last two years, the studio was able to take advantage of the lull to develop an aggressive, lively, and diversified slate for the coming year. Last month, Sony Pictures Films India released Rensil D’Silva’s ‘Dial 100,’ and more. It recently released Satramm Ramani’s ‘Helmet,’ which has Rohan Shankar’s script and dialogues. Both films had their world premieres on ZEE5 and received widespread critical acclaim and public adoration. These films were made against all odds and have provided Sony with two back-to-back box office hits. While Satramm made his directorial debut with ‘Helmet,’ the company will also introduce four new directors this year.
