Ajaz Khan is back in jail under serious charges of hate speech

The Bollywood actor Ajaz Khan is the one who cannot stay away from the limelight. While the actor is known for his bold characters, he is also known for his audacious personality. He has also gone to prison for various reasons, numerous times. Now, Ajaz Khan is back in jail under the charges of pressing hate speech. The government needs peace and understanding amongst the citizens of India to operate and fight the war against the deadly Corona Virus. There are also a few people who are not accepting the commands.   

Many Bollywood celebrities have come forward to help the government in the fight against the disease. There are also some celebrities, who instead of helping the law, are driving their propaganda. Just like her, Ajaz Khan had to face more consequences to his words. The actor has been taken into police custody. He has also been presented today to the Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate’s Holiday court at Bandra. 

Ajaz Khan is back in jail in detail:

The Police Custody (PC) granted him till 24th April, but Advocate Nazneen Khatri presented Actor Ajaz Khan at Bandra court and opposed the P.C. The actor is booked under severe charges of hate speech, he is known for using Facebook as a tool for spreading enmity comments. Talking about the case in detail, the offense is registered at Khar Police station vide CR No. 200/20 u/s 153A,121,117,188,501,504,505(2) against Ejaz Khan. Over a controversial Facebook post, he was arrested by the Khar police on Saturday. Today he was produced at the court and is sent to Police custody till 24th April.
